Michelle is a high-energy, compassionate and encouraging instructor who wants everyone to exceed their limitations. She believes that any and every body can benefit from the practices of yoga and meditation.
It all begins by stepping on the mat, finding ways to continue coming back and accepting the journey of progress - not perfection.
Additionally, she believes in YOU and everything that makes you unique. Which is how Meraki Yoga and Wellness was born.
Supporting the most authentic version of yourself, Michelle teaches with integrity, passion, and creativity.
Teaching since 2017, Michelle is 500-RYT and certified in prenatal yoga. Teaching between a mix of Hatha yoga and vinyasa style flow, Michelle focuses on strength conditioning and proper alignment techniques.
Her classes are upbeat, while encouraging students to focus on cultivating awareness in the physical, emotional and spiritual body.
